By hiring HardingMedia and accessing this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use.

The photographer agrees to provide photography services for the client.

The concept will focus on real, unscripted moments to create a lifestyle vibe that feels relatable

With well over 100.000+ hours of documenting. We have a wealth of expertise in capturing stunning images that tell the story of your event and showcase your brand.

I understand the importance of showcasing your event / brand online and strives to create photographs that will capture the attention of your audience.

This proposal outlines a potential collaboration between us to leverage our combined strengths in the industry.

Thank you for considering my proposal. I look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you to create stunning visuals that showcase your products in the best light.

Below are my terms and conditions.                  

• CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Cancellation -

  -Please note to protect my brand, cancellations on the day aren’t allowed, if you’re cancelling or something goes wrong please notify Harding media 48hrs in advanced as a form of respect to my company. Cancelling after the 48hrs hurts my brand and reputation as I could have other offers that I could not book because you reserved my time. Deposits are to be made 7/5 days in advance. Deposits are non refundable. Payment conditions are below.

Photographer Cancellation -

In the unlikely event that the photographer cannot perform the agreed services the client will receive a full refund of any payment, or rescheduling can be made.

• IMAGE DELIVERY & SHARING & DISPLAYING PHOTOS

Image delivery will vary per project, but HardingMedia will start to have an album provided 1 - 2 weeks after depending on how many images were taken.

If images are needed the same day / before 1 week a rush fee will be presented upon request as it depends on how many images each project.

HardingMedia recognizes the importance of sharing and displaying photographs on social media. However, it is essential that the outcome is transparently linked to Tori Harding and any other creators involved. When sharing or displaying photos on social media, you must follow the crucial steps listed below:

• You may only repost photographs that have the HardingMedia logo, however if your brand has a logo you may purchase the standard or premium package to include your logo, but note the basic package does not include this option.

• Tagging and mentioning all cooperators of the project, including Tori Harding.

• Including a clear and visible attribution to HardingMedia of toriharding.com

• Altering the photographs in any way would misrepresent or damage HardingMedia’s reputation.

• So therefore no raw files will ever be available!!

• However you can purchase a licensing fee for commercial and promotional use [no raw files, only super light editing for commercial and promotional use].

• Please note - Images will be deleted for everyone if failed to agree / being used without agreement, and no refunds.

• You must comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platform you are using to repost the photographs.

If you provide the photographs for public use to someone else (company, agency, partner, website), these rules apply to them as well.

• COPYRIGHTS & USAGE RIGHTS

All photographs, images, videos, text, and other content on this website are the property of toriharding.com & HardingMedia and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any of the content on this website without prior written consent from HardingMedia.

You may not use any content on this website for commercial / promotional purposes without the express written consent of Tori Harding.

Tori Harding grants you to use the photographs you purchase or download from this website for personal use only.

You may not use the photographs for commercial / promotional purposes without the express written consent / some form of agreement of Tori Harding.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tori Harding is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or its content.

-The photographer is not responsible for any lost or damaged images due to technical issues. Occasions out of my control do sometimes occur, but HardingMedia tries to save the footage before the day is over.

-This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

-In no event shall Tori Harding’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the photographs purchased or downloaded from this website.

-The photographer agrees to keep all personal information and details of each project confidential.

PAYMENT TERMS

Non refundable deposit date agreement. Balance payment date agreement.

-Please note that I do not allow / accept refunds, deposits are a security for time as well as transportation security.

-Deposits and media passes are to be sent at least 5 days before the date, if another agreement wasn’t discussed.

-If the event / project gets cancelled or if another photographer gets hired altogether and a deposit has been sent, deposits are still non refundable.

-Minimum 100$ as the deposit, but note deposits might change depending the package that’s been booked but the minimum is at least 100$.

-Deposits secure your time slot, and covers transportation costs per project in Canada.

• GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
